Added Logs tool 📋

New tool get_user_logs is now available. Retrieve paginated activity logs for your PriceLabs account with flexible filtering:

  • Filter by log type: listing, group, or account
  • Filter by specific actions (e.g. base_price, min_price, add_custom_pricing)
  • Filter by listings, groups, PMS names, or team members
  • Filter by date range
  • Paginate results with limit and offset

Details:

  • Listing logs — Track pricing changes (base, min, max), sync toggles, and date-specific override (DSO) additions/removals at the individual listing level
  • Group logs — Track DSO and pricing changes applied at the group level
  • Account logs — Track portal-level DSO and pricing changes across PMS integrations

Example prompts:

  • “Show me all base price changes on my listings in the last 7 days”
  • “What date-specific overrides were added to my Downtown Apartments group?”
  • “Who on my team changed pricing last week?”

Added Nudge tools 🎉

Price nudges recommend base price or minimum price adjustments for listings. You can now list available nudges and accept them via MCP.

get_available_nudges

Returns pending, non-expired nudges for listings accessible to the authenticated user. Results can be filtered by nudge_type (base_price or min_price), listing_id, and pms.

accept_nudge

Accepts a price nudge for a single listing, updating the listing’s base price or minimum price to the nudge-recommended value. Requires write permission on the listing. Explicitly specify to update child listings also to propagate the change to child listings.

Example prompts:

  • “What price nudges do I have right now?”
  • “Show me min price nudges for my Airbnb listings”
  • “Accept the base price nudge for listing 10000001 on airbnb”
  • “Accept the base price nudge for listing 10000001 on Airbnb and apply it to all child listings”
