# Actions

### `get_actions`

Returns the [Action Center](https://help.pricelabs.co/portal/en/kb/articles/action-center) alerts and recommendations for your listings: missing listing information, configuration issues, availability alerts, and pricing recommendations. Grouped per listing, most important first.

**Best for:** "What needs my attention?", "What should I fix on this listing?", triaging a portfolio before a pricing review, and finding listings that are missing setup.

**Example:** "What needs my attention across my listings?" or "What should I fix on **Sunset Villa**?"

#### Parameters

| `mode`       | string | No       | `visible` (default) returns only actions that are not hidden, `all` ignores your visibility preferences, `hidden` returns only hidden actions. |

#### Action types

|                             | `min_price_alert`                    | A lower minimum price is recommended.                                      |
| Missing listing information | `base_price_missing`                 | The listing has no base price set.                                         |
|                             | `location_missing`                   | The listing has no location, so neighborhood data cannot be used.          |
|                             | `bedroom_count_missing`              | The listing has no bedroom count, so market comparisons are less accurate. |
| Configuration issues        | `oba_turned_off`                     | Occupancy Based Adjustments are turned off.                                |
|                             | `last_minute_conservative_vs_market` | Last minute discounts do not match market trends.                          |
|                             | `minimum_stay_off_vs_market`         | Minimum stay settings do not match the market.                             |
| Availability alerts         | `many_unbookable_dates`              | Stay restrictions are preventing bookings on available nights.             |
|                             | `many_blocked_dates`                 | A large number of dates are blocked.                                       |

#### Response format

One entry per listing that has at least one active action. Listings with nothing to report are omitted, so the list can be empty.

| Field             | Description                                                                                                    |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `listing_details` | `listing_id`, `pms`, `pms_display_name`, and `listing_name`.                                                   |
| `actions`         | The listing's actions, most important first. Each has `action_type`, a human-readable `title`, and `metadata`. |

`metadata` is empty for actions that only flag a missing or disabled setting. Otherwise it carries the detail for that action:

* **Price recommendations** — `nudge_id`, `current`, `recommended`, `direction`, `expiration`
* **Minimum stay and last minute** — `current` and `recommended` values
* **Blocked and unbookable dates** — `count`, `threshold`, and `date_ranges`

> Price recommendations include a `nudge_id`. Pass it to the `accept_nudge` tool together with the listing's `listing_id` and `pms` to apply the recommended price.
