# Changelog

## September 15, 2026

## Revenue estimates now include Airbnb commissions

Starting **September 15, 2026**, all new revenue estimates generated will include Airbnb commissions.

### Why we are making this change

With Airbnb migrating listings to a host-only fee structure on September 15, 2026, Airbnb commission is now rolled directly into listed nightly rates. Updating our estimation model to account for this fee integration guarantees your estimates remain realistic, reliable, and like-for-like with current market conditions.

### What you need to know

* **Slightly Higher Estimates:** Because Airbnb commissions are now factored into nightly rates, your revenue estimates may appear slightly higher than before.
* **Nothing Changes on Your End:** No changes or updates are needed. Your API key will continue to work without interruption.

This change aligns our pricing engine with recent Airbnb updates to deliver more accurate data to your end-users. [Read more about the changes](https://www.airbnb.com/resources/hosting-homes/a/simplifying-service-fees-on-airbnb-771).
