Overview
Using the PriceLabs Customer API, you can import PriceLabs dynamic prices per listing into any system. Prices are updated every 24 hours.
Why use the Customer API?
Our API lets customers receive prices from PriceLabs and edit settings for listings that are actively syncing prices to other channels or PMSs. Common use cases include:
Update direct booking websites
Many customers maintain a direct booking website (for commission-free bookings) alongside OTAs, where prices and minimum stay are often not updated by their PMS. Use the Customer API to populate rates automatically and eliminate manual data entry.

Enhance analysis and archiving
Larger property management companies can import rate updates into custom databases or BI dashboards to run analytics, refine recommendations, or store historic snapshots.
Automate adjustments
