What you can do with the PriceLabs MCP

Instead of writing API calls or digging through dashboards, let your AI assistant do the heavy lifting. The MCP integration securely connects your AI to your PriceLabs data so you can fetch insights instantly.

Ask naturally — no specific commands required:

  • “Why has my occupancy dropped for Sunset Villa recently?”
  • “Give me the current base price, occupancy rate, and bedroom count for listing 834874.”
  • “What are the upcoming booking trends for coastal properties in Spain?”
  • “Which of my listings have upcoming check-ins in the next two weeks?”
  • “Show me listings that haven’t had a reservation in the last 60 days.”
  • “Set a date-specific override for July 4th at $350 and update the base price to $200 for listing 834874.”

Your assistant uses PriceLabs MCP tools in the background to fetch the most accurate data and summarize the results for you.

Pro tips
  • Start broad, then drill down: Ask a general question, then use follow-ups to dig into specific recommendations. - Be specific: For the most precise insights, reference your exact Listing ID and PMS name. - Ask for the ‘Why’: Treat the AI like your personal pricing analyst by asking it to explain the reasoning behind the data.
