Level 2 — Analyze

Portfolio review 5+ listings ~4 min Read-only

Who it’s for — and what to expect: you want the monthly management view — how the portfolio did and what needs attention first — without building it yourself. Expect an opening coverage statement (how many listings actually had activity), the last three months’ revenue from YOUR saved report template with its name and ID printed in the header (so this month’s numbers can never silently come from a different source than last month’s), and a ranked attention list with one next step per flagged listing. Year-over-year figures come honestly caveated if part of your portfolio is dormant.

Before you start

Same connection; new chat; read access is enough. Uses your Report Builder templates (every account has the standard ones; a saved copy of the revenue report works best).

The prompt

Copy-paste as one message:

The portfolio check
Give me a portfolio check: how did my listings do over the last 3 months, and which ones need attention first?
Use these PriceLabs tools: get_report_builder_templates, then get_report_builder_data + poll_report_builder_data, then get_listing_health_and_recommendations for the listings that had activity. Do not use the account review tool.
Rules: list my templates first; if several revenue templates match, use my saved full-portfolio copy — print the template name and ID in the report header, and reuse that same ID on every rerun. Pair it with the Leaderboard template for per-listing coverage only — never quote Leaderboard revenue as period figures (its window is template-defined). Report in [your currency]. Put a dormancy caveat on any year-over-year percentage if part of the portfolio is inactive.
Output: open by declaring coverage (how many of my listings had activity), then the three monthly figures and total, then the attention list ranked most-urgent first with one recommended next step per flagged listing.
Flag any data you couldn't retrieve.
Pro tip

Rerun it the first Monday of every month — the template ID printed in the header is your guarantee that this month’s numbers use the same source as last month’s.
