get_listing_optimizer_summary

Returns Listing Optimizer scores across your account: id, name, overall score, and status for each Airbnb listing. Use this first to get an overview of the scores, then call get_listing_optimizer_report for detailed deep dive of individual listings.

get_listing_optimizer_report

Returns Listing Optimizer details for one Airbnb listing: category letter grades, what drove each score, improvement tips, and last-run grades for comparison. Lighter than the full dashboard report.

Best for: Actionable listing-quality improvements, understanding what drives optimizer scores.

get_listing_optimizer_ranking

Returns competitive search-result ranking data for one Airbnb listing: current rank and page position broken down by guest-count and length-of-stay segments, the number of competing listings in the neighborhood, and up to 90 days of ranking history. Supports filtering by guest_count and los to focus on a specific segment.

Best for: Understanding where a listing appears in Airbnb search results, spotting ranking trends over time, comparing rank across different guest-count or LOS combinations.
