get_account_review_report

Generates a portfolio-level performance review across all your listings for a given date range. Recommendations are optional. If you want listing-level recommendations, pricing suggestions, optimizations, or action items, explicitly ask for them or pass recommended_actions=true. Otherwise, you’ll receive a performance review without recommendations.

Best for: Monthly or quarterly portfolio reviews, account-wide performance summaries.

Example: “Review last 3 months performance of my account”

get_listing_health_and_recommendations

Runs PriceLabs Pulse diagnostics on a listing and returns its health status along with actionable recommendations. This is the first tool to use for a general health check on any listing — it explains why bookings may be low and what PriceLabs suggests you do about it.

Best for: Reviewing listing setup, health and overall performance.

Example: “How is listing 834874 performing? are there any possible optimizations?”

diagnose_no_bookings

Runs a deep setup diagnosis for listings with no recent bookings and low upcoming occupancy. Returns fix recommendations beyond what Pulse surfaces at a glance.

Best for: “Why am I not getting bookings?” questions, troubleshooting underperformance.

Example: “Why am I not getting bookings for 834874 for 17th June to 29th Augus?”
