Who it’s for — and what to expect: you manage several listings and want to know which ones have nothing coming — before the empty weeks arrive, not after. Expect a clear split of your portfolio: which listings have upcoming stays, which are empty but genuinely bookable (and what would help each one), and which are dormant. Properties connected on two channels are counted once, so the numbers describe your real portfolio.

Which of my listings have NO upcoming stays on the calendar for the next 60 days?
Use these PriceLabs tools: get_listings, get_pms_reservations (one call per PMS, by stay dates), and get_listing_data.
Rules: filter reservations by booking status only — ignore other cancellation fields. Count an empty listing as BOOKABLE only if it has a base price configured AND a price refresh or push within the last 30 days (check both timestamps); everything else is DORMANT — do not use the sync setting as evidence either way. If two listings are the same property connected via two channels, count and report them once, noting both IDs.
Output: open by declaring coverage — listings scanned and distinct properties after de-duplication — then three groups: with upcoming stays · empty but bookable (with what would help each) · dormant, each listing with its last-activity date.
Flag any data you couldn't retrieve — don't invent configuration states.

Pro tip

This one is about future revenue, not past performance — run it at the start of each month and rescue the bookable empties first.
