get_account_review_report

Generates a portfolio-level performance review across all your listings for a given date range. Pass explicit dates when possible; if no timeframe is given, defaults to the last 3 calendar months (UTC). Set recommended_actions=false unless you want listing-level action items.

Best for: Monthly or quarterly portfolio reviews, account-wide performance summaries.

Example: “Review last 3 months performance of my account”

get_listing_optimizer_summary

Returns Listing Optimizer scores across your account: id, name, overall score, and status for each Airbnb listing. Use this first to see which listings have optimizer data, then call get_listing_optimizer_report for details on a specific listing.

Best for: Scanning optimizer scores across the portfolio, picking listings to improve.

Example: “Show me Listing Optimizer scores for all my Airbnb listings”

get_listing_optimizer_report

Returns Listing Optimizer details for one Airbnb listing: category letter grades, what drove each score, improvement tips, and last-run grades for comparison. Lighter than the full dashboard report.

Best for: Actionable listing-quality improvements, understanding what drives optimizer scores.

Example: “Run Listing Optimizer for Sunset Villa”
